SysRound is an interview practice tool. Scores, verdicts and feedback are coaching estimates for your own preparation. They must not be used, by you or anyone else, to make or inform employment decisions about any person: hiring, promotion, screening or ranking candidates. Using SysRound that way is prohibited.

You are talking to an AI

The interviewer is an AI system. Its verdicts can be wrong, and a single interview is a noisy measure of anyone's ability. Treat results as one data point.

What we evaluate, and what we don't

We assess only the content of the design discussion: what you said, drew and wrote. We do not analyze your face, voice tone, emotions, accent or personality, and we don't create voiceprints. The grader is instructed not to penalize obvious speech-recognition errors.

Your data

• Audio is streamed to our AI providers for the live conversation and transcription, then discarded. We never store it.
• We store the transcript, whiteboard snapshots, code, and your scorecard so you can review them.
• We use a session to improve the interviewer and grader only if you opt in separately.
• You must be 18 or older.
